I suspect formatting drive can make another ID or changing cpu-threading from bios may be seen as a different computer by software.

Whatever the cause, this should not be happening. Once a score is posted to a user's account it needs to stay there forever unless the person that owns the account removes it. Until that happens, I am having difficulty seeing the value in using this for benching. I have multiple generations of benchmark results in my Futuremark account and this should work the same way in my opinion. New scores should not overwrite and replace old scores, and old scores should never be erased. That needs to be fixed.
I have saved the ABR files from my previous high scores and I cannot submit them here on my own profile or at HWBOT. I can still find them in my drop-down list, but selecting them does not post them to my account or the leader board. Selecting them does not seem to do anything.
If this is a work in progress and it is going to be fixed, then I can wait. If it is working this way by design and is not going to be fixed, then I would like to know that and I will move on to something else. I guess the not knowing part is mostly what bothers me.
I can find this result in my drop-down menu. I can identify it by the date. Luckily, I saved a screen shot, but why it does not show in my account any more or the leader board (even though it did a few days ago) is a mystery.

Hi Mr. Fox!
Really really sorry for all that mess! Quick explanation of the bug:
1. so one guy that designed the first database had this completely dumb idea that every profile needs to be associated with the same hardware. So if you want to to have all the profiles filled you need to benchmark it on the same machine ... BUT!
2. He also was writing the benchmark version as this association. So whenever new version pops, you need to benchmark all the profiles again.
That guy is no longer doing that, and we are cleaning everything. But don't worry all your results are there!! You just can't see them at the moment. In couple of days you will see all your previous results, will be able to rename them and delete the ones that you don't need. We just deleted everything under BETA26 (inclusive). From now on - we don't delete any scores (unless these are cheats ).
So please be a bit more patient . The page is updated on the fly so It will be fixed in a couple of days without the need of downloading it again.
