Question Catzilla 1.3.0 APPCRASH

I downloaded the 1.3 version today uninstalled the last version and installed the 1.3 version. Every time I try and launch CZ 1.3 it crashes. I have installed it twice and it still crashes.
Windows 8.1 64bit, 14.4 Drivers.

I just installed the Steam version and it loads, weird.

Well go figure, even the steam CZ 1.3 crashes now. Refund?
