Important Beta 18 stops working when cat fires on building

I have a 7970 with Catalyst 12.11 Beta 11 Drivers, tried running my computer both at stock and overclocked. It crashes at the exact same point every time the cat shoots the chopper head on and it cuts to the building being destroyed. It crashes on the exact same spot.
Any Advice?

Hi, Does it happen with non Beta drivers?

When is AMD giving Catalyst 13.1 ? Because Opengl performance is %20 less than directx11 performance

its sounds like you have your core clock on your video card up to high those lasers are extremely gpu intensive. maybe try turning your clocks back just a touch will help.
