When I open Catzilla 4K, this error message opens and prevents me from using the software .. What should I do ?
My PC configuration :
Windows : 7 Ultimate, 64Bit
Motherboard : Asus ROG Strix X299-E Gaming
Processor : Intel Core I7 7800X, 4.0GHz
Graphic card : NVIDIA GTX1080
RAM : 16Gb, DDR4 PC-25600, 3200MHz
Hard Disk Drive : Samsung SSD 250Gb
Error message :
Exception EExternalException in module KERNELBASE.dll at 000000000001A06D.
External exception E06D7363
I just tried these two solutions, but without success :
Post 1- Question (0xc000007b) bug
Post 2- Question DLL INIT FAILED 1

Downloading the latest version fixed this for me. I had been using a version I downloaded in 2017 and it was not compatible with newer motherboard chipsets.
