Question Exception EExternalException in module KERNELBASE.dll - Is Catzilla a scam?

I've just purchased catzilla 4k advanced and I'm receiving an error message every time I try to start the program, as below;

Exception EExternalException in module KERNELBASE.dll at

External exception E06D7363

I've tried to contact support but the web-site throws back an error message every time I try, I'm starting to get a little worried this is a scam.

I'm running Windows 10 on a PC I've just built.

Can anybody help?
