Question Application Error

When I try to open the app, I get an error:
Exception EExternalException in module KERNELBASE.dll at 00000000000013fb08.
External exception E06D7363

I downloaded the microsoft repair kit suggested in another post, but that did not help. Any further assistance is appreciated since I just upgraded to Advanced!!

If you have X299 based Mainboard, try to use official Intel Inf Driver 10.1.1.42
I had the same issuse, and thad helped to resolve it.
