			If you have X299 based Mainboard, try to use official Intel Inf Driver 10.1.1.42
I had the same issuse, and thad helped to resolve it.

			For anyone encountering this issue on Z370 or X299 (and potentially future Intel platforms):
As the reply above me alluded to it's somehow caused by the presence of the Intel chipset drivers, unfortunately the best methods to solve this I've so far found is to either nuke everything Intel in device manager or install a fresh OS taking care not to install the Intel chipset drivers.

			Downloading the latest version fixed this for me. I had been using a version I downloaded in 2017 and it was not compatible with newer motherboard chipsets. The problem is now gone and Catzilla runs fine.
