Question Are Hardware Recommendations Working?

Hey guys, I think this is a fantastic piece of software, so I went ahead and upgraded to Advanced to show my support. I was hoping that the hardware recommendations was working, but it just shows "incoming" with no information. Is this expected because this is still a beta? Also, as far as upgrades go, it would be really nice if you discounted the "advanced price" if someone upgrades from basic to advanced. I did this myself, and it's kind of lame having to pay the extra $4 for basic in addition to the $15 for advanced. Thanks!

Thanks for your feedback! Yeah I totally agree that 's LAME! Let's shout it loud so the person responsible for implementing it will finally do it. For now please fill up the support ticket and describe your problem. They will refund you the basic version.
As for the recommendations. It just depends on the number of results/configs we will have in the base. When it will reach about a 1000 then I guess they will start to work. Currently it's very unaccurate.

aloha, great bit of s/w guys. but i was hoping the h/w recommendations would be working by now, any update as to how close you are to having it working?

We are preparing a big update today! this should help us get recommendations working in no time. From now on we will store every result that was run - it will be automatically uploaded. 3d mark does the same.

Hey, I just got me a copy today and noticed that this thread was a few months old and I still seem to be having the same issue. Wondering when we should expect a starting point?

I've just checked that we got more than 47K valid results already!

Notice that GPU and CPU list have already started to work!
