Question Cannot get basic version?

I click the "Upgrade" button for the $3.99 basic version, and it just takes me to a page that says:

Choose your continent:
{loadposition upgrade}

That's it.

No, it hasn't. I still can't order Catzilla, it just takes me to the "Choose your continent:" page with absolutely nothing on it. This is pissing me the hell off, I just got a brand new workstation and I can't even run Catzilla in order to test it. For that matter, whenever I click on the "Login" button in the "MYACCOUNT" drop-down, it just takes me to a page with - you guessed it - nowhere to login whatsoever. Whoever does your web development, you're paying them too much, or paying them not enough, I can't decide which.
