Default is 1250 MHz at 1.5V but msi card has increased it to 1.6V and lowered to 1200 MHz. I tested vram for several frequencies versus performance and i got something like:
This graph is same whatever voltage i increase the vram to. Any suggestions and ideas?
Msi afterburners lets only 1450 MHz maximum and it is in the lower minimum. 1625 MHz point is something i made up. But 0-1450 MHz range is from what i experienced. I increase voltage but performance at 1450 MHz never increases and is slower than 1375MHz. .
(Graph values are benchmark-points and MHz. )
I want to add something: a whizzling("bzzzz"/"vrzzzz") sound comes from graphics card or somewhere else in the Allbenchmark-loading(turning gear) part. Could this be coil or capacitor?

Which graphic's card are you talking about?
On the 7970 the hynix mem is specced for 1600Mhz,

I did the test with HD7870 on clbenchmark's fluid test which is 10-seconds long which may be less dangerous
