There are alot of posts on this in Help and support with a ton of resolutions, that do not work. Not getting much response from anyone either ... Guess we all just wasted $15.00

Still haven't heard anything in over a month .... If I have to decompile and re- this benchmark I'll definately also stumble across the how to crack it, then you know maybe everyone somehow gets it ..... .....

I did hear back from them, except they didnt even bother troubleshooting just told me that they could refund my money. I mean SERIOUSLY whats the point in making a product you cant support. Im reluctant to turn them into the better business bureau too.

They are using Hardware ID's for copyright protection, so if you change any hardware you are locked out of the program forever, until someone in support resets your license key. But since it takes 6+ months to get any response from these tools - customers are screwed. I'm reporting this band of scammers to every agency I can find.
