recommendation doesn't work

Hi, I just bought a Basic version of Catzilla to better understand on which part of my PC I should upgrade.
The free version shows a preview of how the recommendation function should work, but after I bought (and activated) Basic version of Catzilla, it shows me nothing but this message "No Recommendation Check Later". Previously it was telling me to run a test first, which I did. I ran the main test and the game tests aswell (for GTA 4 and The Witcher 3).
IMHO This is beyond any level of disappointment.
