Question My results have all dissapeared from the boards?

Hi Guys,
Registered the advanced version today and have been benching it all afternoon and just noticed my results have gone from the leaderboards.
Can anyone look into it please?

Hmm that's troublesome! Yes we are cleaning the table right at this moment - please tell me what BETA did you use (you can see the beta version number in the application window top. Thanks! We will clarify that,

One of my results can be seen in this screenshot I posted on a forum shortly before they all dissapeared.


And then here when a mate was trying to beat my score, you can see my best result in his screenshot, still at number 9. Shortly after that, we never saw it again. LOL

That's a bug on our side for sure. We deleted beta16 results today since it was corrupted.
Probably your results had some data mismatch.
Could you do the following:
1. Do the test
2. Save on disk the result
3. Submit on page
You will have a backup of your result just in case,
Since we will try to perform this deletion again and see if it will disappear.
Again sorry for that, we are working to make it better

I cannot submit results as both save and upload results are grayed out on the advanced version.

Did you try to unlock it for the second time using the same code?
I know that there's a bug in that, but it was disappearing after program restart. It will be fixed in BETA18
