Deleted Catzilla Crashes when checking my system? (STEAM)

Hi there I've bought the advanced version from steam a while ago and it was working fine even with my new parts that I'm using right now, but it just crashes now when I run it. Any solutions?
My rig is:
16 GB RAM
ASUS R9 280x 3GB
Intel 3570k 3,4 Ghz

Same here. I use the non-steam version, and using a r9 290, official drivers. While checking system, the whole system hard locks. It is not due to instability, as I ran prime95 for 8 hours to confirm stability.
I assumed my overclock was unstable, and totally wasted my time trying to reproduce it, as ONLY launching catzilla can reproduce the lock and it locks every single time.
