Pytanie can not run 720p but paid for it

i used the program about 3 months ago in which i paid for the basic of 3.99
it worked @ 1 st but i came to use it again the option of the 720p doe's not allow me to use why if i paid for it ?. it stats i got the basic code in my account, but the option doe's not run the 720p ???
